Computerprogramma voor recepten van IBM wint Horecava Innovation Award

Met het computerprogramma IBM's Chef Watson heeft IBM Corporation, in samenwerking met Bon Appetit - Institute of Culinary Education (US), de Horecava Innovation Award 2015 gewonnen. IBM's Chef Watson is een computerprogramma dat koks helpt bij het ontdekken en creëren van unieke recepten. Watson creëert razendsnel eindeloze hoeveelheden combinaties en selecteert daaruit de beste.
